Key Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers across frontend and backend technologies

Own end-to-end technical design, architecture, and project delivery
3
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders on technical solutions
4
Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and CI/CD

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
6
Design and optimize APIs, databases, and application logic for scalability
7
Manage cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) for deployment and monitoring
8
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
9
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of software development with 2+ years in a Tech Lead role
Strong proficiency in React.js / Angular / Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Backend proficiency: Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or .NET Core
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Hands-on AWS experience: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform
Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

Bonus qualifications

Experience with GenAI, AI/ML integration
Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities
