Key Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

    Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets

    Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • 3
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning

    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling pitches

    Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

    Attend industry events and professionally represent the company

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
  • Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Manufacturing, EdTech, SaaS, IT services, or consulting is a plus

Nice to Have

Bonus qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in international business development and cross-cultural communication
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics
  • Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Industry certifications in sales or business development
